1. Water Damage
PlugNGo Rentals is not responsible for any water damage, leaks, or flooding that may occur from the use of rented equipment. This includes but is not limited to damage to floors, walls, furniture, personal belongings, and structural elements of the property.
2. Electrical Issues
PlugNGo Rentals is not liable for any electrical issues, damage, or hazards resulting from the customer's electrical system, improper wiring, or non-standard electrical setups. The customer is responsible for ensuring their electrical outlets meet standard requirements.
3. Installation Environment
The customer is responsible for providing a safe, suitable installation environment with proper hookups for water supply, drainage, and electrical or gas connections. PlugNGo Rentals is not responsible for issues arising from inadequate or improper installation environments.
4. Customer Responsibility
By renting equipment from PlugNGo Rentals, the customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring their home or property is suitable for the installation and use of the rented washer and dryer. Regular inspection of connections and hoses is the customer's responsibility.
