1. Services
PlugNGo Rentals provides washer and dryer rental services on an as-is basis. We strive to deliver clean, tested, and functional equipment but make no warranties beyond our standard maintenance commitment.
2. Pricing
Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice. Current customers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect. The price at the time of your agreement remains locked for the initial term.
3. Right to Refuse Service
PlugNGo Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: incomplete applications, inability to verify identity, or delivery locations that pose safety concerns.
4. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
